The hotel was located just a block from the Cathredral. It was convenient, and amenities were adequate.
The location was noisy, but we did not mind given the convenience of the location
Nice staff, good location, clean room, nice pool on the roof
They don't turn the A/C before the season. But it starts getting pretty hot before the season. You can open the window though
Hotel fine rooms clean and comfortable parking very difficult.
The location is extremely convenient; just a 10 minute walk from Plaza Zocodover, and literally right around the corner from the main Cathedral. The facilities were modern and very clean!
The "wired internet" is extremely slow and not always reliable; it was easier to use the Wi-Fi at the McDonalds than this internet. The mattresses are also very firm, so people with back problems may find this an issue.
Fabulous location. Walking distance to all sites within 20 minutes and most within 10. Truly in the heart of Toledo, out favorite city in Spain. Street side parking was fairly easy in June, and only a 5 minute walk away. The facilities are very clean and attractive, pleasant, helpful staff, good clientele.
The ethernet cables (no wifi) in rooms did not work; so we had to stand at front desk to handle email and internet. Carpets on stairs must be cleaned or replaced. They are a stark, bad contrast to the otherwise high quality of the hotel. Breakfast, while good, is over priced, so we ate all but one day at Plaza Zocodover. Drop the price to 5 or 5.50 euros and we would eat at the hotel. If windows are open there is street noise, but that added to experience. If windows are closed, noise is not a problem. Each evening there was a concert in the Cathedral square, only 50 meters away, giving us a wonderful side row seat!
It was conveniently located with a short walk to the cathedral and the historical part of Toledo
There was no English speaking channel for world news and the staff wasn't able to answer some questions regarding other city services.
Good Location - close to the Cathedral, very good price!
The staff was polite but they didn't speak english (almost) at all!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very newly remodeled, charming and clean. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the main cathedral. It is well located and close to all major attractions. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is very complete and a good value. Overall, the hotel is well priced and a good value.
The beds are new but a little firm. We did not have a problem, but some people wanting a soft bed might be uncomfortable.
Hotel staff was really nice, the room was huge and really clean. the bathroom was good enough and the localisation of the hotel is super with a view on the cathedral from the balcony of room 303.
Location. Almost next to the Cathedral and close to everything in the old city.
Need to drag bag or take a taxi from bus stop to hotel. No big deal. The narrow streets of Toledo is a bit hard to navigate.
The hotel is centrally located and ideal for sightseeing in Toledo. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet at night.
During our stay the hotel's cafeteria was not open so no where to get refreshments in the hotel.
It is inside the walled city of Toledo, Spain. It was available on short notice.
Very small. Beds were tired. No way to hold the two beds together as a king size for two, without big crack opening up. Not convenient to Zocodover. It wasn't a bad place, per se, but it wasn't up to its billing on the various websites I researched. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but had limited resources -- no concierge, for example.
This is a pleasant hotel in an ideal location for visitors to Toledo. Our rooms were simple and plainly furnished, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Room 308 with views and terrace was particularly spacious and it was worth the extra cost to have the terrace.
Parking problemThere is no place...
The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Toledo, a few meters from the cathedral, which is pretty good feel for the weather and walk into town. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is varied, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff very nice and helpful.
